Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of KoalaThePet (“we”, “our”, “us”) and any related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Accounts

4. Subscriptions and Free Trial

  • We offer subscription plans billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated).
  • Your subscription begins with a free trial period of one month, during which no charges will occur.
  • At the end of the free trial, unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged.
  • You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full payment details on our servers.
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
  • All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle (or free trial period).
  • Because the Service is a digital product, all charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service in any way.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials provided as part of the Service remain the property of KoalaThePet or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoalaThePet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also terminate by cancelling your subscription.
